Charles Bartlett (1921-2014) lived and worked in East Anglia, and drew inspiration from the natural landscapes of the coast. ‘Condescending Order’ is a series of zines produced on a monthly basis in 2015, reflecting current political themes. Usually produced in an A5 booklet format, each zine has a variety of formats including poetry, collage and illustration.
