New Adelphi Exhibition Gallery

Opening Times: 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday during exhibition dates, excluding bank holidays.
Visitor information: The New Adelphi Exhibition Gallery is open to everyone and free to visit. No booking is required.
The New Adelphi Exhibition Gallery is located on the ground floor of the New Adelphi building, next to the Reception. The gallery is wheelchair accessible, with seating, toilets, and a shop/cafe for refreshments available within the New Adelphi building. It is a modest but welcoming space usually showing 10-20 works, which may include the Collection plus selected work from other partners. Find out what’s currently showing here.

The Albert Adams Room

A permanent display of work from our Albert Adams special collection is on display at the Albert Adams Room in The Old Fire Station, renamed in honour of the artist in February 2015.
There is step free acess throughout The Old Fire Station, accessable toilets, and seating avaliable.

The Clifford Whitworth Library – Exhibition Space

Opening times: Students & Staff: 24/7
Public: usual hours are Mon – Fri: 8am – 7pm, Sat & Sun: 8am – 5pm
Visitor information: You are welcome to view the display, however please be mindful this is a quiet study area.
The display space is located on the ground floor of the library. It is signposted from the entrance: head past the the ‘Print’ information desk by the stairwell ahead of you. Turn right past this desk, then right again.
The Library is wheelchair accessible, with seating, toilets, and a cafe for refreshments available within the Library.

Collection Study Room

Individuals and small groups are welcome to request visits to see work from the Collection in our dedicated Study Room. The Study Room is wheelchair accessible via a lift.
